Colin Moorman began his music career in the Okanagan as a saxophonist for local jazz groups, namely Cameo, and the Robert Jay Trio. He eventually left the jazz scene to play saxophone and guitar in various rock and roll groups throughout the Okanagan valley, most notably Three Wild Mice. He has also sat in as a studio session player for recording artists in the Okanagan. Expanding from the valley in later years, Colin added to his portfolio by playing with renowned rock and roll legends such as Boby Curtola and Buddy Knox. Colin began performing in casino showrooms all over Western Canada and the US for the last 13 years, and with ‘Pure Diamond - Neil Diamond’, a well known cover show-band. Colin has recently become a member of Moni Funk and the Groove Machine acting as section leader for their funktastic horn trio.
